05/03/2010 - We are pleased to announce the opening of Meridian Duty Free Travel Shops. The new company brings together Meridian Duty Free travel Retail activities in Italy, including the shops at Cagliari Elmas Airport and the Cruiseliner terminal of Venice .

18/05/2010 - New graphic face to our site of "Information Tecnology Division"
The contents of a Web site are its most important resource and it is the reason
why a user bookmarks the page to go back to it and to visit the page again. But
websites grow, they become more interesting but nevertheless more complicated and
difficult to use. To make this site easier to use, MDF has decided to give it a
new face, a different way to make its content more accessible. In the new version
the “theme areas” are always visible and reachable: the access to each page takes
at most a couple of mouse clicks. The new interface works as a compass, a sort of
radar, which gives the user a constant picture of its overall framework in order
to never lose orientation of the direct points of contacts of the company. Moreover,
the internal search engine has been enhanced in order to become a more efficient
tool. The site has now a new look. The restyling has made browsing quicker but also
more pleasant. All of this to better the site use, which is essential for making
surfing easier, immediate and more appealing. An essential characteristic for all
websites.
